Security Deposit & Bike Protection Policy

​All motorcycle rentals are exclusively for use on our guided tours. While we maintain full control over the rental process, riders are still responsible for the care and handling of the bike while in their possession.

1. Security Deposit Requirement

• A damage deposit hold is required before the rental begins.  

  • $1,000 (hold on CC) – Renter must purchases the $15/day insurance policy. 

• The deposit is held on a credit card and released once the bike is returned in good condition the same day.

2. Purpose of the Security Deposit

The deposit covers:

• Minor damages such as scratches, broken accessories, or excessive wear.

• Loss of provided equipment or accessories.

• Any violations of the rental agreement.

3. Refund Process

• The deposit (hold) will not be charged to your card if no damage occurs.

• If damage occurs, repair costs will be deducted from the $1000 deposit.

• If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the $1,000 deductible and the motorcycle will be fully covered by insurance.

4. Required Insurance

• All riders must purchase a daily insurance addendum from our provider before the tour.

• Insurance helps cover major damages, but any deductibles or non-covered costs remain the rider's responsibility.

5. Guided Tour Considerations

• Since rentals are only available as part of our guided tours, our team will be present to ensure proper bike handling.

• Bikes must be ridden responsibly and in accordance with the tour guide’s instructions at all times.

• Any reckless riding, misuse, or failure to follow guide instructions may result in penalties or termination of the rental.​
